Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least EUR 400. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and on the balcony.

Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500, in addition to the police fine.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
